(1) The geographical area of ​​the board to be formed in accordance with section 3 shall be as specified in the notice published in the Nepal Gazette by the Government of Nepal at the time of formation of such board.
(2) If the geographical area of ​​the board as per sub-section (1) needs to be increased or changed for any reason, the board shall submit an application to the Government of Nepal with sufficient reasons.
(3) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal will carry out necessary investigations in this regard.
(4) If it is deemed appropriate to increase or decrease the geographical area of ​​the board during the investigation according to sub-section (3), the Government of Nepal may increase or decrease the geographical area of ​​the board by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
